I'm Josh. If you've landed here, you're probably trying to figure out whether I'm the right person to help you buy or sell a home in Fort Worth or Parker County. So let me skip the marketing pitch and tell you the actual story.
Fort Worth is home. I'm engaged and building the next chapter of life here, and I see the streets, neighborhoods, and growth of this city up close, not from a brochure. That matters when you're buying or selling. Most of what I tell clients about a neighborhood comes from actually living it.
Outside of real estate, I volunteer at Hope Farm, a Fort Worth ministry that walks alongside grade-school-aged boys from neighborhoods that don't always get the support they deserve. I'm also part of F3, a free, faith-based men's group that meets early in the morning to work out, build real friendships, and raise up leaders.

How I
work
- I tell you what the numbers say. If your home will sell in 60 days, I'll tell you 60 days. If the comps don't support a price, I'll show you the comps.
- Text is the fastest way to reach me. A lot of my clients are on tight timelines, so my phone is on.
- I work the whole transaction. Lenders, inspectors, contractors, title: I have a bench of people I trust and I keep the pieces moving while you're heads-down at work.
Fort Worth & Parker County
Inside Fort Worth, I work most on the west side (Tanglewood, Park Hill, Mira Vista, Rivercrest, Crestwood), the urban core (Near Southside, West 7th, the Cultural District), the historic Southside (Fairmount, Ryan Place, Mistletoe Heights, Berkeley Place), and established neighborhoods like Wedgwood, plus nearby Edgecliff Village.
Out in Parker County, I work Aledo, Willow Park, Weatherford, and Springtown regularly. It's a different buyer profile and a different market, and I run them that way.
